The company was originally started as a full service remodeling company in 1988, under
the name of Alternative Construction Concept, and became incorporated in 1996. Then in 1990,
we became a Certified Pella Window & Door Contractor. Re-Bath Designs of Indianapolis,
which is an authorized dealership, started in 1997. We opened our beautiful showroom at
6038 North Keystone in early February of 1998. The showroom expanded in 2000 to include
the kitchen dealership “Cabinetpak”.
We are a family owned and operated business, with family members participating in management,
accounting, sales, and operations.
Alternative Construction Concepts, Ltd. has been listed in the Top 500 remodeling companies
in the country by Qualified Remodelers Magazines for four years. We are in good standing as
members of the Better Business Bureau.
